Haim, my point is that some people (for instance Clinton himself) may view the relationship he had with Monica as "just inappropriate" and not as a "sexual relationship". If that is his view (and both you and I can differ with his view), then when he said "I did not have a sexual relationship with that woman Monica", he did not lie. He may consider his actions as nothing more than masturbation.

I wonder if Clinton is going to explain why he did not "go all the way" with Monica. This might explain his point of view on what a "sexual relationship" is. Of course, he could have been afraid of AIDS, but I think that AIDS can be transmitted orally as well.
