Flightless, your argument is quite convincing. As for PTET, at first
glance, it appears as if it may be trading in volume at a float ratio
similar to JAWS. However, PTET's average volume was skewed by a
10 million and a 1+ million trading day in the past three months.
Otherwise, that stock normally trades under 40k shares a day.
