The o/s shares have recently been confirmed by an audit through ENK, the transfer agent. From what I understand, the company's approval is required for this and Colin did authorize it. The results showed o/s shares at 8.46 million and I believe a float of 3.2-3.4 million (I do not remember the precise number). Additionally, that is the number reflected on the audit of the 2Q numbers ending June 30. The transfer agent audit above I believe was valid as of the last week in August. Hope that helps. BTW, Bruce thanks for the insight on PTET. That one I thought was strange too but sometimes singular events can greatly skew a volume. JAWS has had no such event, trading over 2 million shares a few times and over 1 million shares a fairly large number of times.
