So you think Greenspan is the reason we have (had?) such a great economy? If the American worker is the most productive worker in the world, is that Greenspan's doing? If the rise in Microsoft's stock price has resulted in the creation of 10000 millionares, is that Greenspan's work? If Intel creates the fastest chips in the world, is that Greenspan's doing also?

If the American economy were to completely collapse in the next two years, would that be Greenspan's fault? Clinton's fault?

The president has minimal influence & power when it comes to economics. On other issues (foreign policy, laws, etc.) he has much more influence.
