What you propose is illegal actions being undertaken by *** management, actions directly adverse to public commitments,* KC, I not proposing anything. However, if this company was so committed to its public shareholders, you wouldn't currently have some 60+ million shares outstanding, most of which in the hands of insiders who now are worth MILLIONS of dollars while their company only has FIVE FIGURE revenues (less than $100,000). The father of the CEO received 1 million shares for $10,000 worth of consulting work, now worth close to $2 million. KC, this company may be straight up and and bent on straightening out its act. However, what is wrong with getting insiders to CLEARLY state that they will lock up their preferred stock (stated in a legally binding SEC filing) as a statement of confidence in the future of the company?? Why... I REPEAT, WHY, is EVERY PUBLICLY POSTING SHAREHOLDER AVOIDING THIS ISSUE?? AZNT insiders are going to rescind 50+ million shares of stock currently worth close to $100 million and not get anything in return for that sacrifice??? Come on now!! All you are stating is that the you are willing to risk your money on a management team with no apparent track record for caring about individual shareholders. And if they violate the law, they will go to jail (very rarely) years from now. So I guess all of those lawsuits against AZNT and Mr. Sylver are all part of a conspiracy as well?? Btw, did you ever hear how GIFS CEO sold his own company's stock short through Canada, locking in profits, and then disappearing to parts unknown?? I'm not saying that AZNT is comparable to GIFS, but as a shareholder wouldn't it be nice to know that you have that little extra bit of legal coverage to hold over their heads should they dump their shares on the public market?? And KC.. I have neither admitted nor denied anything in my matter. I suggest you refrain from assumptions and stick to the publicly available documentation. Don't get caught making the same mistake that Bmart, Pugs, and RileyG have made. Besides, I certainly haven't attacked you personally. Why must you lower yourself to do so against me? Regards, Ron
