Bmart,

The father is an employee of a US Government agency with control over exports and imports and INSPECTION of cargoes arriving in the Las Vegas area.

Has he told his boss that he is now worth close to $2 million for doing $10,000 worth of moonlighting??

Isn't this just a LITTLE bit unconventional??

And any import specialist worth his salt could get export licenses.
Are you telling me that Mr. Sylver was the only export license expert in Las Vegas??

What exactly did Mr. Sylver provide that NO ONE else could?? Especially someone else less exposed to a possible conflict of interest.

Besides, don't you think issuing his son a million shares at a .01/share is just a little extreme??

No I didn't think so..... But of course you believe in Asian investors too, I bet... <vbg>

Regards,

Ron

You saying every company involved in exports pays customs inspectors 2 million to get their license ? Isn't that a bit stiff?

The "father" was able to get AZNT the export licensure. No license, no company.

I beg your pardon? The export license was granted by the Brazilian government. What does Gary Sylver have to do with them? He's a U.S. Customs agent. Or was.
