Thanks Michael.

I think Friday was a sucker punch of the big boys, allowing the little guy to buy in on the "dip" one last time before the big Kahuna. No way the makret should have shot up so much upon release of a report that has a federal judge listing 11 reasons for presidential impeachment.

I'm also trying to figure out what type of immediate impact a presidential resignation can have.

It too late to short indexes before Monday am. Is there anthing else I could/should do if I think that this theory is true?

Don't know if the time periods can be compared in a usable way, considering Vietnam and all were happening when Nixon stepped down. Still interesting and worth checking it out.
