Ken,

Don't understand your message. I have already voted against share dilution by phone (very easy to do....simply follow instructions provided with proxy statement).

Are you saying we have to revote? Please clarify.

Regards,

Knip

Here is the insiders' trading:

biz.yahoo.com

I don't see that much of a deal. But I won't buy ASYT yet because
it's still trending down.

I agree completely!!

Unfortunately this is all too common in corporate America today,
and is why I always vote NO on these shareholder rip offs!!!

A frequently used excuse is that "all the other companies are doing it so we have to as well to retain good management".
BULL@#$% !!!! These guys make huge salaries and then significantly
dilute shareholder value. The really surprising thing to me is, these
things actually pass more often than not.

And another thing.............

I know management can not be held responsible for a huge down cycle like we are currently in, but neither should they get the full credit
when the stock soars when the up cycle hits.
