This part of the SEC digest was especially interesting:

Reece claimed to be merely an interested investor and denied receiving any consideration from the company. In fact, the company gave Reece a valuable discount on his purchase of the company's securities and paid his travel expenses, all of which he failed to disclose in his publications.

He denied it to the SEC, but admitted it here on SI.

Green Oasis consented to the entry of the permanent injunction without admitting or denying the allegations of the Commission's complaint. William D. Carraway (Carraway) signed the consent on the company's behalf.
________

Riley,

Another amazing display of your ignorance of securities law.

GRNO, as a corporate entity, has settled with the SEC. Settlement generally is defined as: completed, finished, resolved, no further action pending.

There is an injunction against the company EVER committing similar violations in the future. (They'd better not... :0)

In fact, this is a very necessary event towards the redemption of the corporate entity. The corporation is a separate entity in the eyes of the law, and this settlement wherein the corporation neither admits nor denies guilt apparently ends the official investigation of the comporation. I don't believe any fines were assessed. (if so, please display the link)

It does not resolve outstanding complaints against others named in the complaint.

But then again, you've already shown us that you're in over your head with regard to your knowledge of the law.

If you don't believe me, take a look at other settlements listed on the SEC website, some of which are very notable companies.

And the only thing that will redeem GRNO or its officers is the re-emergence of a viable business with verifiable orders for its equipment.

Time will only tell on that front, just as in the issue of RMIL.

Btw, thank you for the link. I've been waiting for that news to come out.

Regards,

Ron
