Reece claimed to be merely an interested investor and denied receiving any consideration from the company. Seems claiming to be "only a shareholder" is quite popular.

And I'm not talking about discussions of the facts of the matter, but an admission of consideration. You may make be able to provide valuable information in this matter if you can find such a posting by me.
