For one day, look for what is beautiful in the religion of the other and report that, and only that, to us: no excuses, no ifs, ands, or buts. And nothing about your own religion. Do you dare?

Wallace,

In my opinion, this challenged would be simple for all Muslims. One of the important facts to believe in Islam is in the message sent to Jesus Christ (Pbuh) by God. In fact, to deny Jesus (Pbuh) would negate a person being a Muslim. The Qur'an says that denying one prophet is like denying them all.

So if you ask what is beautiful in Christianity, I can cite many things. The people, for one, are certainly beautiful for they are dedicated to understanding. Their devotion to God is admirable and exemplifies the dedication many Christians have towards pleasing God. Their honesty, humbleness, and carrier of Jesus' (Pbuh) message is another quality that is beautiful.

For the Christians are the "People of the Book" and have access to the truth. There is much in Christianity that is from God and is beautiful. And it is my duty as a Muslim to respect that and treat a Christian with the same respect I treat all people, if not more. Their drive for seeking the truth and using their minds makes all Christians in my mind, sisters and brothers to Muslims.

Peace be unto You,
Norris

Hi wallacestevens (from Nancy),
You must be putting my posts with others for I have carefully not addressed the religion of Islam in my posts. The murdering of Christians and Muslims by each other has been my only point, since Raymond claims they love and respect Christians. I believe he does to some extent but the religion on a whole is performing major persecution of Christians in many parts of the world. My only point. I choose to share the good of what I believe and avoid the negative of others beliefs.
Have a good week,
Nancy
