sec.gov Now that is a funny joke. Don't ever let any one say you don't have a sense of humor. That's kind of like saying over there on that RMIL thread of yours: "This has already been posted. Just go back and read the last 50,000 posts." So your link only gives 198 documents to review. Did you happen to have one in particular in mind?

Kudos, Ellen! You've demonstrated that you're capable of using the "search" function at the SEC site, and I'm extremely impressed. True, as far as I can tell none of this material actually speaks to the issue under discussion, but nice try. I did find this of considerable interest, though: sec.gov The information conveyed to investors often is at best exaggerated and at worst completely fabricated. Increasingly, these stocks also are being touted on the Internet by unregistered promoters. The promoters of these companies, and often company insiders, typically hold large amounts of stock and make substantial profits when the stock price rises following intense promotional efforts. Once the price rises, the promoters, insider and brokers sell, realizing their profits. (Oh look! 5151!!!)
