Amendment to "we are continuing a military build up in that area."

If we are not in fact doing that, we are not in fact dismantling it either. I think we have just begun to settle in with the changes in Russia. Who knows. It just doesn't seem insignificant to me, the "Slovokian" area market. So I guess that's good, is what I'm trying to say, not having researched the matter or thought about it in over 5 months.
