Mr. Reece,
I will remind you this one more time, unlike you , who is being sued by the SEC for hyping a stock, recieving compensation for such , and never disclosing that. I am a shareholder who has bought all of my stock in the open Market, through my very own broker, with my very own money. How dare you! You libel me when , at the very same time, you are being sued by the SEC for the very crimes you claim apply to me. You seem to be very foolish and unable to control what you say.

You state

No one forces us to invest, just as no forces us to gamble.
However, the difference between gambling and the market is that
we have some ability to hedge our bets by performing diligence and confirming and reconfirming all information being presented to shareholders.

Appears to me You sure did HEDGE YOUR BETS,

In his publications, Reece claimed to
be merely an interested investor and denied receiving any
consideration from the company. In fact, the company gave Reece a valuable discount on his purchase of the company's securities and paid his travel expenses, all of which he failed to disclose in his publications.

Your personal attacks towards me and
discussing of an irrelevant civil matter an unassociated stock clearly shows that you must fear the points that I'm bringing up on this thread.

I would hardly call it an irrelevant matter. Seems to me anything you have to say about any stock should be ignored until the SEC matter is cleared up don't you.

One quick question.

Did anybody LOSE any money listening to your LETTER?

If so, which I'm sure someone did.

HOW MUCH MONEY DID THEY LOSE LISTENING TO YOU?

You state

As for my posts reference AZNT, I am not paid by ANYONE, nor am I being promised ANY FORM of consideration for my comments relative to this stock.

Are You sure? Just checking!

If you don't own the the stock long or short why are you here?

Please don't tell me your one of those SELF-APPOINTED SAVIOURS

We have plenty of those already!!

Mr Reece -

Gambling? This security has gone from fifty cents to one seventy in the span of a few weeks, while the naysayers have done their best to keep it down. What are you going to tell me? That the only way for this to go south if illegal actions are undertaken. That is what the portrait you paint entails. You join the rest of the naysayers who have tried to create a plausible reason why this security has risen, and now the theme you promote is that insider securityholders will end the short selling squeeze, so at least you admit there will be a squeeze, or did you not realize what you were truly saying? I would like one non-sidney sheldon, non-conspiracy, non-insinuation scenario of why it will not happen. I did welcome the naysayers, read my early posts were I asked for reasons this would not happen, and all I received were maker of market and insider holders conspiracy schemes. You I do not like for your past involvements in underhanded use of these note arenas, then you preach morality. What is next? Fidelity lectures from bill clinton? I have not had much of a problem with anyone else other then those who attacked me{see jhild's attacks}, note how I responded to ms shell's panic over the quotation system utilized in this forum and it's inherent update problem. No emotion, yet a simple alternative to her thoughts. You are offensive. Not your ideas, but your character and nature, that is why I responded to you. Your ideas revolve around illegal acts, and I think you have created a scenario that would most certainly constitute fraud by aznt management to take actions contrary to statements made in press releases. So should I trust them or you not to commit illegal acts? Not a very tough choice for me to make. Bests,

KC
