No, not really. Notwithstanding all the stuff Jeff's posted about arbitrations, you seem unable to get a grip on how these things work.

You are shooting blanks at an elephant stampede.

Wooooo. First a BLAST OFF!! Now an elephant stampede. Yes, indeed, the action in this stock has been simply AMAZING since that hearing on Thursday.

Ms. Shell, I think for myself. Mr. Bgtit is not the issue.
What you fail to recognize is that if there was an "arbitration hearing" and "judgement" as you and Mr. Mitchell claim, there would be no need of a "court compel" order.
