Doug, The ECMs I see possibly failing are the ones too small even to be public; unless they get acquired. They can no longer afford the increasingly expensive technology, can't attract the best scientists, engineers, etc. and can't get the best prices from suppliers. In my opinion even the smaller public ECMs ... like say PGTZ, are great bargains at today's prices. I like HDCO, SANM, DIIG's price has been trashed and they are both a boardmaker and an assembler ... lots of good deals available.
