~OT~ Bede, don't you think Paula Jones might see this whole thing a little different than you? It appears that the President's lies damaged not only her reputation, but her case as well. I'm frankly disappointed that so many people are willing to say that everything is OK, because it was "just about sex". I couldn't be more disgusted with the degradation of the Office, and those who aren't bothered by this sort of behavior. Perjury is perjury. There are not varying degrees of perjury. George Will said it best today on This Week, when he said that impeachment is not a punishment for such actions. It is a way of preserving the Rule of Law on which our Republic is built.
