Yes, I have a problem with it. I have ordered a cd and musiccard and got 2 e-mails from them. And I have read other posts stating the same thing, which I'm sure you have read already. So what are you trying to accomplish with that post. Seems to me you are just trying to get people upset with your posts.

Sean, Yes, I have a problem with the innuendoes in your post. In fact my oldest son who is an attorney says that your statement might even be considered defamation per se. The fact is very simple. You placed your order via a credit card. If the merchandise is not delivered in a reasonable time period (and please don't forget CCI is not really officially open yet) you just call your credit card company and the charge is cancelled and that ends it. So my suggestion, based upon your continuous stream of naive posts wherein you constantly bash by inference and then claim not to be bashing, is to enjoy your CDs, sell your stock, and move on to IBM. Oh, BTW, there are people waiting for a promised upgrade and patch for a software program plus a new software program for over three (3) months now... from IBM! Promises, promises... just can't invest in these little companies that promise, but don't deliver on time. Marty
