Not at all. I was just stating a fact. If the problem still exists then it should be fixed. You guys really have to lighten up on people. We are all in this together.

How long after you ordered did you receive an email from the company. I ordered by phone, after I couldn't complete my order online, last tuesday. On Wednesday I talked again with a Rep. from the company and he said my order just got submitted and I was to expect an email confirmation. I have not received anything just yet.

Please let me know.
