Hello Eric

> draw your own conclusions...

Don't trust what you read in the Investor's Business Daily! I note that the Paper (which had Noam Lotan singing praises to William O'Neil's publication on television, no less) has been suspiciously quiet about MRVC's misfortunes. There's so much information (dis-information) it's hard to tell who's lying or what to rely on or whatever... Rats! Zacks still rates MRVC a STRONG BUY! What do you make of that?

Dazed,
Marty

Eric please tell me...

Who the Hell is Bill Alpert? "Mark Roberts ventures where
other analysts dare not tread." What's that suppose to mean?
Pink slammed MRVC.. where does he get his dis-information?
MRVC warned that earnings would disappoint? No they did not.
MRVC said their growth rate would slow; expectations of certain
anal-ists would not be met. The company is still very viable.
That's what they said. When was the company's cash flow negative?
What accounting trick? "Acquiring a business called Fibronics for about $23 million, for instance, MRVC took merger charges totaling
$25 million." Really? Who fabricated that story? What SEC scrutiny?
As I said, manipulation has determined the price of the company's stock more so than fundamentals. My statement, however, remains equivocal. MRV Communications is not likely to be bought out. The company's earnings will, hopefully, redeem their stock's value. Isn't it neat how anal-ists dis-information and fear-say can manipulate the price of perfectly well managed and thriving small-cap companies?
I could be wrong. MRVC's CFO could be a crook. But, then again, none of the anal-ists (let alone Pink) bashing the company have bothered to talk to him. Job well done, anal-ists!

BTW. MRVC may just be a "mini-Cisco" - and a better company.

If I'm ignorant, please anybody, tell me why - and recount from where you get your information.

Your friend,
Marty
