If it turns out that history shows this all lead to a worldwide financial collapse that was avoidable, I think that would be as serious or more than the current issue. We seem to think it is ok to screw thousands of people messing with this issue that is really just originally something between a man and his wife and nobody else's business. It was never relevant to the Jones case; no sex harrassment, and intimidations (Monica was threatening him), consentual adults (let's remember Monica is and was an adult).
