This is really good news. There won't be anyone that believes "... The investment by Citibank also ensures TransPoint's close alignment with the financial services industry." Rather, they now will know that only Citi will be able to influence the direction that MSFDC takes, and that Citi is positioned to control the pricing and service level it's and other Fi's customers' get.

No sane banker would sign on with these guys!

TransPoint is the first to provide a seamless, end-to-end system for delivery and payment of richly formatted bills, statements or notices.

say what?

And this is a nice touch too....anyone holding their breath?

. In late 1998 the company is scheduled to introduce the nation's first end-to-end system for Internet bill delivery and payment.

>>>It's official, Citibank is joining MSFDC:

TransPoint's Internet bill delivery and payment service will be called TransPoint E-Bills.

That's a Brand Name...less offensive to Banks?

Benny - indeed Citi has gone with the competition. Question is: do we care?
