If you read the Citi Press release on TransPoint (which is quite different from the MS release):

biz.yahoo.com

Citi is pushing "e-Citi commerce solutions" along with TransPoint, looks to me like Citi wants to push it's e-Citi brand. You would think that TransPoint would do one common press release, instead of a MS version and a Citi version. Looks like Citi and MS ego's are already clashing.

The best news about this IMO, is that there is no way in hell Nations/BoA (the Largest Bank in the U.S.) will go with TransPoint(MS/FDC/Citi) for bill presentment.
