For the record, there was NO ARBITRATION between Wellrich & AZNT. Please, no more. I just spewed beer through my nose I was laughing so hard. Next time warn me when you're going to post another thing about the arbitration so I can cover my keyboard. - Jeff

For the record, there was NO ARBITRATION between Wellrich & AZNT. For whose record? Your personal record? You speak with great authority. On whose behalf? Okay. On that fateful Thursday: 1. Two representatives from WellRich entered a conference room in the offices of an arbitration firm. 2. They were joined there by Mike Sylver. 3. An arbitrator was present. Now, perhaps you wouldn't characterize this meeting as an "arbitration". You do have an odd way with the language. Your use of the word "immediately" is also rather...unusual.
