What are the surrounding circumstances and; 1) Who are the representatives and why are they there? Like, wow, maybe they just want to find out about getting a ticket fixed in Las Vegas. 2) Why did Mike Syler show up? Where is something that indicates that he was aware of the full consequences of his being there? If this is a major binding arbitration hearing, did he arrive with a platoon of attorneys and witnesses as would be expected, or did he choose to come alone to present his complicated case alone? 3) For years a group of acquaintanences got together at the same club in Belton for a few drinks on Friday evening. Several were lawyers, judges and other in the legal racket. Several were in Law Enforcement. It could be stated that conferences transpired between defense counsel and prosecutors and were heard by judges. Further, law enforcement officials including a former Texas Ranger, Highway Patrolmen and FBI interogation and polygraph specialists witnessed the administration of a drug that has been proven to have truth inducing properties and then participated in analyzing the question and answer period that followed. God, what a crock ... <<<Now, perhaps you wouldn't characterize this meeting as an "arbitration". You do have an odd way with the language.
