You really do need to catch up on your reading. If you really do care how arbitration works, I suggest you check out the AAA's website at adr.org.

Now, as I recall, you had been selected to receive a copy of AZNT's Brazilian export license and you were going to tell us all exactly which line in it showed that AZNT has an exclusive license to export stevia, etc. from Brazil as bmart claims he has been told. Well?

Question number 2 really IS interesting. Why DID Sylver show up? I mean, what does one normally go to an arbitrator's office for? To get a haircut?

Well....

And come now: bmart's conceded all of this: that the WellRich lawyers were present, that Mike Sylver was present, that an arbitrator was present, and that the meeting took place in a conference room at the arbitrator's offices.

And that Sylver lost his temper, screamed at people, and walked out.
