Ms. Shell,
You are 'hyping' , ...AGAIN ! You leave out the most important contention I made. There was NO ARBITRATION HEARING, NO JUDGEMENT, there was no contract between Wellrich & AZNT, no contact, no contract to break. Mr. Sylver was cold-called. You are hyping. Even Mr. Jihad admitted to NO ARBITRATION HEARING & NO JUDGEMENT, in other words, he left you out in the cold.

Come on, Janice. You know what the 'Rest of the Story' was about. Now, we really need to find out if Silver was aware of what was waiting, if he did go. People meet many time in places that do not have anything to do with the reason they are meeting. When some of us meet at a bar, it does not mean we are going to start distilling booze.

It is beginning to look like you and some others have been 'had' by folks who only gave you part of the story before they finally got around to admitting that, well, it may not have been exactly the way we said, like this arbitration ....

<<<And that Sylver lost his temper, screamed at people, and walked out.>>>

If I go to a meeting concerning one thing and then realize that I have walked into a set-up for something else, God help any eardrums that happen to hear my yelling and screaming ... I'd still be looking for parts of my misplaced temper.
