Mr. Hogger, It is not our intentions to misrepresent or distort any of the facts concerning the relationship between AZNT and WellRich. WellRich as of today September 14, 1998 has no relationhip with Mr. Shurr. Yes Mr. Shurr was employed on the said dates that Mr. Bmart. What does this prove. We have already said that we are not a brokerage house, and we never were. We never sold securities, but referred clients to AZNT. We never procured lead lists our clients were pre-existing or referrals. You can beat the innocent Mr. Hogger, but they will always tell the truth. Now if you can ask Mr. Bmart to answer my questions I would greatly appreciate. Thanks in advance JJ
