After reading the release again, it seems the only thing waiting for approval is the conversion of the preferred stock. The acquisition of the assets appears complete.

As unlikely as it would be, were the approval to fall through, would it leave ZULU-Tek holding only ESVS preferred shares as an asset?

Jon, I've got great news for you:

Guess who once again is listed in Merklermedia's Internet.com as "Best in Class?" You got it! It's your good buddy, ZuluMedia. Yup, right up there with Doubleclick and Flycast!

webreference.com

I know you're gonna hate to acknowledge this, particularly since you went through great pains to ridicule us--er, me, rather--when you noticed Zulu's name had been deleted from this list.

But, you see, when ZuluMedia.com website switched to ZuluGroup.com site Merklermedia's URL link therefore didn't work for a short time, so ZuluMedia.com was temporarily removed from the list. As you can see, all of that's been corrected now and today they link you directly to ZuluGroup.com. Aren't you happy for us?

So, in classic form, I'll leave you with two questions, and see if I get a better answer from you:

1) What does "Best in Class" mean?

2) [NOTE: The second question has changed a bit, since you tried to say that Merkermedia's Internet.com was a disappointment for you.]

What company in the field surpasses Merklermedia in prestige? Now I understand from your previous answer that you were critical of Merklermedia--(are you the only one so critical and are you so only because they rated ZuluMedia as Best in Class?)--but how would you rate it among like-minded companies?

Interesting. Two good mystery assignments for you, and they all have to do with Internet.com. How about that?
