I have made trades both ways so far, but it still appears to me that down is where it must go yet this afternoon. The trend has been up on the SPOO and down on the TICK....eventually that has to either catch up and the SPOO heads down, or the market is so strong in the top companies (the index companies) that the TICK just simply does not matter. However, if the SPOO does turn up and head even higher, I trust the TICK would not be far behind.

So, I think the easy answer is that it still can go either way....the lack of strength in the TICK indicating very strong buying underlying in the SPOO, or the SPOO will follow the TICK, just a question of when it starts.

I still think down, but don't really care one way or the other....
