Same reason you see all the weakness in companies like ALA, LU, TLAB, UNPH, etc. Telecom equipment industry has problems right now.

Be my guest. I don't care if you revel in their demise, it's a free country. I am just pointing out that weakness in CIEN doesn't equate to strength in FIBR.
