SECOND VIDEO WITH MYSTERY WOMAN IN WHITE HOUSE World Exclusive Must Credit SMUDGE REPORT TUE SEP 15 1998 09:46:56 ET -- The SMUDGE REPORT has uncovered a shocking White House video that shows Buddy sneaking into a private space just off the Oval Office -- the same space Monica Lewinsky serviced Clinton -- with a young female dog! The tape runs slightly more than 10 minutes and was obtained by the SMUDGE REPORT in Washington late Sunday on condition that its origin and owner not be disclosed. The tape became the obsession of elite PETA lawyers on the eve of prosecutor Ken Starr's referral to Congress. Its audio and video quality is excellent. The video will air Saturday and Sunday night exclusively on the ANIMAL CHANNEL'S SMUDGE [9:00 PM ET/6:00 PM PT]. The identity of the young female dog captured on video in the Oval Office will not be revealed in this report. It is not clear if the mystery dog was a regular on the White House lawn or a volunteer. At one point on the tape, Buddy is seen tenderly chasing the behind of the presidental dog, in the Oval Office, after he and others accompanied Clinton on a jog. After scarfing the dish of Alpo in the Oval Office pantry, the president pooch and the mystery woman are shown leaving via the private hallway near the Oval Office study. In the shocking new White House video -- Buddy is also seen propping the door open between the private hallway and the Oval Office before he invites the mystery dog to join him.
