Michael - Re: Merrill & " I wonder if they have missed the important news hidden in all this Lewinsky stuff. :-)" From all the pockets of strength that are beginning to show up, I think a growth phase in computing is kicking in. Merrill and Kurlak seems to judge much of the semiconductor business by the DRAM business - and if so, they may be looking at the "wrong indicators" (as Elaine Garzarelli used to say). Either way, Kurlak is hell bent for leather trying to trip up any Stock Advance by Intel - by repeatedly issuing the same reports he started last month - as if he has to convince the world that he - and he alone - has seen the true "light". I sure hope he's wrong - AGAIN ! Paul
