Since sexual relation is part of inappropriate relation, the president did not lie by saying that he had inappropriate relation with Monica. He just did not answer directly that this inappropriate relation is a sexual relation. So technically he did not lie.

Yeah, The republicans want him to come out and say it. It's like they're twisting his arm until he admits he had a sexual relationship with Lewinski ..but you know what. I, like many other people, DON'T CARE. I, again like most people, wanted this to go away months ago. Ya know, contrary to what the republican would have you believe, if Clinton came out and admited it they would have strung him up..even if he never lied. His only chance was to "dance around the truth" he knew it. It failed, now he is fighting for his poitical life. Face it, the Republicans have been after him since the day he won the election and THIS is what pisses me off. NOt that Clinton had an affair..no rather that the Congress has been spending our tax dollars on this witch hunt. Of course it means that when there is a Republican president and a Demo. controlled congress we'll do it all again. What a great use of our elected officials time and our tax dollars. So, in the end I'm more pissed and disgusted with our congress than I am with Clinton who had a discrete affair which Starr decided to share with the public. OG
