I agree that's the other side of the issue.

The way to resolve it is to follow the lead of the founders of the republic, who meant for impeachment to be used for "high crimes and misdemeanors." If you think that lying about sex or any perjury, no matter how trivial, is such a crime, you should be for impeachment. I don't think Clinton's lies are serious enough to qualify, though I do think some form of censure is in order.
