Maybe the company isn't issuing the shares -- but there are sellers out there -- and they are seliing. Excellent point. And without an up-to-date 10K we don't know exactly how many 144 shares are now eligible to be dumped, but, from WellRich alone, it must be more than a million. Then we've got the shares that AZNT sold on their own, the shares that SecureCapital sold (although I still don't know much about those guys), and all those true insider shares that are listed in the out-of-date 10K. - Jeff
