Been reading the Maxtor site recently and came upon this statement
in their FAQ:

Yes I own ASYT from $9.94 and BRKS from 9.75. Otherwise I'm 80% in cash at the moment looking for bargains-which is why I'm back lurking on the ADPT thread, At the moment, I'm on the fence asking myself if it will crack 10.
