Bmart, one step at a time. Be patient. Of course if you don't think a letter written on AAA stationary by the case administrator for the arbitration hearing, replete with a case#, is not proof that at least one arbitration hearing took place, then I suspect nothing short of a video tape will satisfy you, and even then I doubt it. I do find it interesting you've made no comment about all those potential 144 shares that are and will continue to hit the market and add to the float-- despite the fact they are all supposed to be frozen. Are you afraid to say that Yahoo fabricated those sells as well? - Jeff
