David, Any comments on the recent earnings reports from tscp would be appreciated. It would appear that things are on track and with the IMF funding and austerity program surrounding Brazil, some of the uncertainty of south of the border investments has been lifted. I am starting to add to my position again at these prices(I didn't think it would get this low again). Neal

Dave,
You always have such good info in your posts. I know I really appreciate them. I found the announcement about Lucent. Correct me if I'm wrong but it doesn't sound to me like it's that significant of an announcement. Sounds to me like TSCP will be purchasing some Lucent hardware and LU in turn is financing the purchase itself. I may have misread it but it didn't sound like a "partnersship" by any means. What is your take on the latest announcement ( the Lucent announcement)? Do you think some of the other posts were putting too much emphasis on the Lucent announcement?

Steve.
