Ah, it pays to read the footnotes! Page 18 of the Proxy Statement has a column headed "Shares Beneficially Owned" as of May 31, 1998, and lists Saviers with 895,852. BUT footnote 1 says the amounts include options for shares which were exercisable then or within 60 days, and show Saviers with 738,575 there. By my math, that's 157,277. Just what your figure showed.

Note to myself: READ THE FOOTNOTES, DUMMY.
