Hi All,

Been following E-bay for a while, and its IPO. Very impressed with its service. Considering getting in, but have a few questions for whomever is getting into this IPO...

The IPO is for 3,500,000 shares, which will bring the total outstanding shares to 39,739,076. The average price to the existing shareholders was 0.27 per share (for the previous 36.2 million shares) , while the price on the IPO is $14-$16. Just a question...is this normal in IPO's to have such a small amount of shares offered?

BTW- assuming a price of $16 / share, this will bring E-bay's market cap to around $635.2 million. ONSL has a market cap of $361.1 million (according to Yahoo).

Thanks.

Obie.
