Maybe I read the 8k wrong, but I thought Southridge want Kern to convert his loan to shares to stop the floorless /shorting crap. I didn't think it was because southridge wanted to convert their shares. With 36 million O/S and the technology, it is possible that a chapter 11 could very well happen with the creditors being converted to equity under a restructuring. They could possibly find an angel investor within a year. -------------------------------------------- Aside some good people I know lost some bucks on this one, so gloating isn't cool.
