Business is supposed to be rebounding in the PCBs. Hope it is true but margins must still be low. What do you make of the refinancing by PGTZ?. Are they replacing all their bank debt with these debentures? Maybe Bob is tired of paying the banks and wants to pay himself? What do you think?

I think the consequence of this will be a dramatic 2-tiered market -
where ones like SLR can command a good price and ones like ACTM people will worry might follow in Microvia's footsteps. Consequently, I would expect more purchases of the second tier as that may be the only way they can realize some value for their shareholders.
