Sorry Mr Smyth, I told you its very hard to trust Canadians...I don't care if this stock is trading OTC I've got burned in the 80's North of the Border and I'm EXTREMELY gun shy ...I don't care what the chart looks like on this thing it keeps going down ...I'd rather keep my money in my pocket... If I were to buy I would rather buy on the way up....Things can sit a LONG time....

CRITICAL THINGS IDCN MUST DO TO SURVIVE:

>>>Outside, of course, of walking down a hillside and saying "I told you so" with a big sack of gold and a glowing assay report<<<<

I have read a lot of posts left over the last couple of days. Many of you are frustrated with the stock price -- that is has not recovered.

You blame everything from the MMs to short sellers, etc, and while these may effect the price SLIGHTLY, the fact is IT IS IDCN's CREDIBILITY that is keeping the stock drop submerged.

We are LUCKY that the stock is where it is at - WHY? - because we are underestimating how even the APPEARANCE OF IMPROPER CONDUCT (AOIC) can destroy faith in a stock. How many of us have seen a stock trading at $15 and a poor earnings report comes out and the stock drops a dollar or two?

Another stock has AOIC and the stock plummets. People will risk their money on just about any venture as long as they feel they can trust the people involved. Many potential investors simply do not trust IDCN and its principals.

If IDCN takes steps to change this situation, big money investments, etc, COULD come their way, even with a delayed report, a so-so report, etc.

IMO - here is what IDCN MUST DO to regain the "trust" of the little guy like me or the multi-million dollar "CMIs" out there ...

1. PROVIDE INFORMATION ONLY THROUGH THE NEWSWIRES.

When a potential investor sees "Got an E-mail from Jeff" or "talked to Gordy's wife today" their response is THIS COMPANY IS NOT ACTING IN ACCORDANCE WITH HOW A PUBLICLY TRADED COMPANY, small or large, should act.

No one from this thread should be contacting a principal of IDCN, on any matter, especially by phone. No one should be calling around to the people they do business with, either. This adds to AOIC.

IDCN, should in turn, make no attempt to contact individual investors.

It was stated in a news release that all information in the future would be provided via the newswire - this is not the case.

SS and others ....... I know you have a lot of interest in seeing IDCN succeed, however, this will not help IDCN, but will add to the AOIC.

If information is gathered via a public means, government records, etc., then THIS IS FAIR GAME. Anything else is not. Even if you get good news -- the small gains will mean nothing as compared to the "adding of fuel to the fire." Just because IDCN is a "Canadian stock" and they can legally get away with it or not is not the point.

SS - please disregard my earlier request to have you check into the principals history, etc. This is wrong of me. I am a control freak. If I had my way, I'd want to know when they took a dump. A close friend of mine convinced me that when I am dealing with a nickel stock, risk is risk, and that's that.

2. IF AND WHEN ANOTHER OFFER IS TENDERED (and I think this will be
unlikely) "DO IT RIGHT THIS TIME"

How? Simple? Leave us little guys out of the picture. IDCN principals are the majority stockholders. Business is business. There is no need for a vote, a delay, etc. Say NO or say YES. If IDCN accepts an offer for a nickel or ten dollars a share, it is THEIR right to do so. We are the little birds riding around on the rhino's back -- we go where it goes or we jump off and fly away.

Any monkey business will hurt IDCN badly in this regard - potential JV's and others would already be "on their toes" this time around.

3. SKIP THE BUY-BACK, UNLESS OVER THE .04-.05 THRESHOLD.

Any profits would be clouded by the perception by some people that this was planned - increasing AOIC (including me - IMHO). Argue this 'til you're blue.

4. REPORT NEWS PROMPTLY AND ACCURATELY - GOOD OR BAD.

Let's say the assay report sucks - a "sack of rocks." If IDCN holds this report - does not release it immediately - this will damage the stock price beyond belief - IMO. Same with a great, glowing report.
Again, they CANNOT release this info outside the "wires" unless they wish the AOIC. Investors will "forgive" a poor report, if reported in a timely fashion - such the stock will go down - but it won't self-destruct.

5. THINK LIKE BILL CLINTON (a last, true note):

Of all the cameras following the Pres around the last week have you seen him hug a woman? He used to - all the time.

Do you think he will ever be "allowed" to be alone with a women in a room, no matter if she looks like Aunt Esther of "Sanford and Son??" No way.

Why?? Not because the people who are trying to protect/restore his image ACTUALLY THINKS he is THAT BAD of a horndog. However, more than anything else, they are concerned "from this day forward," of the APPEARANCE OF IMPROPER CONDUCT. Same reason Michael Jackson won't be having any more "sleepovers."

If IDCN shows some caution, they won't trigger so many critics like me. I worry about being ripped off and so do these other folks. If IDCN comes down off the hill with a sack of rocks and my shares end up worthless -- SO WHAT - I won't be upset -- I assumed this risk.

If I see any of the above, however, I and others will start jumping up and down again, shouting our NEGATIVE OPINIONS and frustrations, to be soon branded as bashers and *&*&^@!

Over time, investors are going to care less about yesterday and more about tomorrow.

Just my thoughts. Once again, not bashing. Some more criticism now will help IDCN later.
