Here's more from Tom. He asked me to post his second email to them... Tina: Thank you for your response. Will refer to the numbers for my observations: 1. Who is monitoring the "thread"? Have you seen todays posts? Need some clarification. 2. TNNS, see the financials re: no cost basis. There is no amount for "marketable securities"?????? How much did these 1,000,000 shares cost us shareholders and how were they acquired: cash or stock of GNNX? 3.Distribution, has it been approved by SEC?Record date was 7/21/98! 4.Did not answer the question of %owned and cost. This is critical. 5 Can we have details on the source of revenues? 6. I see that web page is under construction. Look forward to more info there. 7. Good answer. 8. Auditor is Herbert Woll out of Georgia. Asking for his credentials is the job of the Board of Directors....someone should know. Please reply. 9. Hopefully we won't have to wait 4 1/2 months for the third quarter as we did for the first quarter. Thank you for your time, but I still believe the remaining questions above need to be answered. We are entitled to full disclosure, need it to make intelligent decisions, and still expect it. Tom Brown
