As most of you can see, Tina did not directly answer my questions about TNNS and the auditor. I believe that these questions are valid and deserving of an answer. As I stated in the last paragraph, we are entitled to full disclosure. If the stock dividend of TNNS was such a big deal to warrant a press release, why not divulge the cost of these shares to us, the stockholders? According to the financials, these cost nothing!! I doubt it. As to the auditor, why did the Company pick a person out of state? Do we have an audit committee as deemed appropriate (required) by the SEC? How do we know if all the large contracts are being implemented if we don't know the sources of gross income? Why is our money ($233,000) being "loaned" to another Company of which we only own 10%? Why do the notes to the financials as of 6/30/98 say that TNNS traded at $10.00 on june30, 1998? We all saw the manipulation of the market by trading 100 shares a day, only peroidically. According to aol, the first trade was 7/17, the same date the dividend was announced. If you want answers to these and other questions, we have to be aggressive.
