Do you know a way to participate in these overseas markets that might be similar to S&P index funds or futures contracts?

But all this bailing out countries who have no idea how to run an economy is stupid: it will eventually result in our having an ever larger debt (yes folks the national debt is increasing: we have no "surplus": spending increases every year with a lot of it off-budget but that still costs). I dont see how that will be good for our economy: it may help DELL and other business short term as countries are given money to help them buy, but in the long run, disaster awaits.
Of course most of us on this thread will be millionaires by then, but will we keep our money under the mattress? And will it be worth anything?
