*OT* - My take is that one trades, and does not invest in restaurants, they are basically fads that change much like clothing. None seem to last very long (excepting the big fast food chains), they soar, then crash and burn. One year it's Boston Chicken, the next it's the Hard Rock Cafe, then it's Planet Hollywood, well, you get the picture....

PS - Once they crash, I suspect VERY FEW ever come back...

And was packed to the gills with a long wait last time I was there! Other restaurants were much easier to get into.
