Anyone have a guess what this is about:

"...Random musings: Options expiration or decoupling from Europe? Tuesday's rally had a mixture of options expiration and solid buying, with a lot of money being deployed out of Worldcom (WCOM:Nasdaq) and into the rest of the S&P because of an arcane problem involving British Telecom's sold-out stake in the old MCI. But Brazil held the key and that trumped even BankAmerica's (BAC:NYSE) terrible losses.

James J. Cramer is manager of a hedge fund and co-chairman of TheStreet.com. At the time of publication the fund was long Intel, Wal-Mart and WorldCom, though positions can change at any time. Under no circumstances does the information in this column represent a recommendation to buy or sell stocks. Cramer's writings provide insights into the dynamics of money management and are not a solicitation for transactions. While he cannot provide investment advice or recommendations, he invites you to comment on his column by sending a letter to www.http://www.thestreet.com at letters@thestreet.com.

If no one here can explain it, I'm going to email them and ask about the "arcane problem involving British Telecom's sold-out stake in the old MCI."
