Richard, Thanks! It may be a template to you but to me its the beginning of MY system.. Will look into Aroon and VHF. The reason I ask for stock recommendations is I don't have any that I particularly want to trade. I don't have any "favorites". My general presumption is that If I want to do short term trades (not daytrading) that up trending ones are the "safest" ones.. Dale

Richard, I wonder if you (or anyone else reading this note) could help me with the CMO system test outlined on page 428 of the MetaStock Manual. I think I'm right with setting up a test using the crossing of the CMO with its own 9 day average. However, what I want to achieve is a test that will buy only when the CMO crosses above its 9 day MA, after just moving up through the -50 oversold level, and will sell with the downward cross, but only after just moving down from beyond the 50 overbought level. Thanks very much in advance!
